Most companies hire for what you know, but fire you for who you are.

We're the opposite. 

We are always looking for sharp, committed, fast working compassionate candidates with an executive MBA or related leadership background and project management experience with emphasis on compassion for others involved in the project.  Other experience includes working at a management consulting firm, change management organization, analyst or market strategy position.  Additional attributes includes one who has experience taking care of kids and the elderly, owned their own businesses, doesn't care too much for money, can take out the garbage while making very big decisions, type at least 80 wpm while talking at least two different languages on two or more phone lines, wants to travel into space, and is not afraid to die.   Must have experienced homelessness and tremendous wealth at least once, preferably in the order of being financially fortunate, losing it all, and then coming back invigorated, empowered and with an appreciation for life.  Guiding principals are: global mindset, results focused, loves clients, understands diversity, fast and accurate, patient, understands humility.  Hobbies and other interests are important!
